Super clean and well appointed beachfront condo! Easy access to the beach and wonderful view from the back patio! Will definitely return.

This spot was so great!! It was so peaceful and so easy to go to and from the beach! Plus the private beach was great. The public beach nearby was packed so having our own space where there wasn’t a large crowd was great! The outdoor space to shower off our little kids made the beach so easy. Everything was clean in the unit and had everything we needed. The worse part of our stay was that we had to leave! The property managers were so quick to respond. The beach umbrella that was included was broken so we let the property manager know and they had a new umbrella at our door the next day. I cannot say enough good things! Highly recommend!

This is our second stay in this beautiful condo--we love it! Super convenient to the beach (I love being able to run back up to the house for lunch or a forgotten item), and so close to the delicious Blue Mountain Bakery and other restaurants. The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything we need. Couldn't ask for more!

The townhouse is very upscale and elegantly appointed. Very, very clean when we arrived. The location cannot be beat. Loved, loved everything about it. So much so we booked a week for next year already.

Great location on the coast. The unit was 5 star. Loved the private beach. Wish there were screens on the sliding doors so you could listen to the sound of the waves at night.

Condo was exactly as described. The switching out of the bunk beds to a queen was unfortunate, my teenagers refuse to share a bed, but thankfully there was a queen blow up mattress, so it worked out. Master bath shower is AWESOME. Mattresses were even better than the ours at home, LOL, we really miss those mattresses. Plenty of towels/toiletries. In the amenities it lists everything that provided. If it is not on the list, it is NOT there. Beach towels, bring your own, there are not any. Beach chairs were in good condition. Neighbors were quiet and the town was as well. Lots of good restaurants to choose from. We can't wait to come back! The convenience of being across the road from Blue Mountain Bakery was too convenient. We walked over there every morning for mimosa's (light on the juice and ice), cinnamon rolls, and GF/dairy free baked goods.

This is the most beautiful spot and a perfect location! The condo itself is lovely, clean, and beautifully appointed. We had everything we needed--and more! Every morning you wake to an unparalleled view of the ocean, and the beach is truly steps from the condo. The beach itself was practically empty while we were there (even though it was in the middle of fall break). Also conveniently located in close proximity to the amazing Blue Mountain Bakery, a great natural grocery store, and ice cream, you really have everything you need for a great vacation. Easy bike ride to Seaside or even shorter car ride, if you can deal with the parking. We have already reserved this place for next year!

Everything you need and more. Steps to the water for easy convenience. I asked if they had a crock pot and the rep said no. He said he would have one there before we checked in. And he did! He emailed back very quickly answering questions. Extremely happy with the service he gave.

My mother, sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view from the private patio is amazing. The recent renovations on this property are top notch. Beautiful place!! I would highly recommend this location and will stay there again myself.

We had another amazing week! The condo's renovations are beautiful! We missed having the twin beds but my kiddo loved the blow up mattress comfortability. The floor to ceiling sliding glass door allows for amazing views from the primary bedroom. The walk in shower room makes me want to renovate my current home! The Liv Vacations, the property management co, were great and easy to work with, Dustin was quick to respond to all my inquiries.

We love this property- we stay every year. The only thing is that the AC and refrigerator shows it’s an older unit. Time for an upgrade on those items.

The place was perfect for us, It had everything we needed and the easy access to the beach was the best!

Liv Vacations was great to work with. Property was as described, you can’t beat the beachfront location! Townhome was clean and promptly ready for our check-in. Kitchen had most everything needed. Towels and bedding were plentiful and good quality. We grilled a couple of times, but it does need to be replaced. We had a couple of maintenance issues but they were not a burden to our vacation. One slow drain and handle on back door. Kitchen drawers were difficult to pull out. Prompt response from Liv Vacations and they did let us know the unit was being gut/rehabbed in the fall. We have stayed at Sea Cliffs a handful of times and will return.

This property gave us everything we hoped for on our annual girls trip to the beach: beautiful views of the Gulf, quiet, every amenity nearby and dolphins! Who could ask for more!

This is such a great spot for a small family. The best feature is having the beach just steps away from your back door! The unit itself is nice, but could use a few more updates to make it really top notch.

My husband and I stayed for three nights in this beach front townhouse. The house was larger than expected and had amazing views from the living/kitchen area and from the comfortable king master bedroom. The second bedroom had a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. We spent most of our time either on the beach or on one of the two decks overlooking the ocean. I loved hearing the ocean from the house and the 30 second walk down the stairs to be on the beach was priceless!! The beach was beautiful white sand, the water was clear and best of all it was not crowded. The keyless entry was handy, I made many trips for water, lunch, sunscreen, etc. Communication was great! Would recommend and will definitely return!!

All of 30a is great. Close to great restaurants and all the other beach towns. The condo is one of the best we have stayed in on Blue mountain beach. To be able to walk out and down to the beach from our patio is what we look for. Wonderful!

We had good time during our spring break. Kids loved it and it was an memorable vacation.

We loved our stay at this property. Being so close to the water we were able to relax on the back deck and enjoy our family time. We hope to be back in the near future.

This place was awesome - the views of the ocean from the living room and bedroom brought much needed peace for our family taking a break from an intense year. It was very clean and communication from LIV was great. The location is great as well - with the beach on one side and a great bakery right across the street - selling great cinnamon rolls. We would love to come back again someday.

Our stay was during the height of COVID, so we were grateful for a location that was near restaurants (although we could have easily cooked for ourselves utilizing what was provided in the property) that was clean and relatively isolated. This property hit the mark! There is plenty of room for a family and although some areas of the property could use some updating, you can tell the owners are working hard to keep it up to standards. The roof patio off the master is amazing for a couple and we loved how easy it was to get to the beautiful beach (although do note that it is several flights of stairs). If you are looking for a getaway with beautiful views and direct beach access, look no further.

We love this property and have stayed there once other time. It was a lovely Thanksgiving and the weather and property were awesome. My teen son left his glasses on the shelf by the tip bunk bed and we are hoping the cleaning staff find them so they can be mailed to us. I will pay for overnighting them in the mail once found. We called the Liv Vacations number and they assured us they would check! Thanks for a great trip and stay.

This was a beautifully decorated townhome on the Gulf with gorgeous views. The owner reached out to make sure all went well with check-in, checked on us during our stay and did everything to make this a VIP experience. All the personal touches with extra towels, linens, toiletries and all the extras was a definite benefit and made it almost spa-like and made us feel very welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay and will be back again. The sanitizing and Covid Cleaning procedures in place helped to also make us feel safe. Thank you for sharing your beautiful piece of paradise with us.

We have stayed here a couple of years ago and it never disappoints- beautiful view of the beach/ ocean!!! It is such a short walk to the beach and not many people setting up along this area of beach which makes this place even more amazing!! We will definitely be back!!!

SeaCliffs Unit 3 was the perfect spot for two couples. The location can't be beat, and the property was perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, this property is great. We came for the beach and it did not disappoint. The condo is located directly on the beach and offers spectacular views. The town is very quaint and offers some great little restaurants and shops. The property managers were great to work with. We had no issues during our stay. Even my husband, who is not a huge fan of the beach, said he enjoyed himself and would come back.

Wonderful beach front condo for a great price. Had everything we could have possibly needed for the week and the check in process was flawless. Would definitely recommend to others!

Great Property!

We come every Summer and struggle with the decision on where to stay. This year I decided to use VRBO and picked our most favorite spot yet!! We had the best time. We even had our same beach chair guy Chris! He took good care of us! Thanks VRBO!!

Just what we needed for a week!

The townhouse was clean with a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the quick access to the beach. The management company contacted me via text to check in on us. They were very responsive and it was an easy way to contact them. We had a great vacation!

We had to cancel our stay because of the pandemic. We received notification that our rental fee would be refunded in full. We appreciate that and are waiting for the credit to our card. We have not been able to work so the money will be needed.

This was a lovely property on the beach. Sitting on the deck watching dolphins was amazing. The condo was very comfortable and it’s a great location.
