From the advertised pictures, to the description and walkable location this unit was everything it said it would be! Clutter free and clean - we felt welcomed and at home. Walkable to the beach and dining! We will be back!

Nice stay, just a short walk to the beach. Beach was super crowded, but that is expected in July. My only complaint was the noise from the upstairs neighbor. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was as perfect and as described. Host was quick to respond to any questions I had.

Check-in and out was easy. Condo was quaint, but nice. Not overly furnished, but had all the standard conveniences. Would recommend this place to couples or small families. Back patio was a bonus with gated access to the patio. The property felt secure and safe without feeling restrictive.

We really enjoyed our stay. We visited for our babymoon, and to be honest I'm not sure there could have been a better location. We got everywhere on 30A within 20 minutes, beach was a short walk, everything was very clean. Would recommend.

The unit was clean and perfect for 2 people. It was a very close walk to the public beach access and other local places. Overall we were very pleased with the rental.

This place was a great place to stay. It was walkable to the beach, close to the bakery and creamery, and the host was very responsive and kind. It’s a bit smaller in person than photos made it seem so be prepared about that. Would highly recommend this property.

We had a lovely time at this little place! Perfect space for two adults and a baby. The place was updated, clean and an amazing location!!!! Beach is steps away and loved the bakery and tacos near by. Host was very helpful as well. Would stay again!

We had a great stay! I will say, pictures are a little deceiving as it is smaller than what it seems in photos. We were staying for our honeymoon so we didn’t mind close quarters. Overall, the location is beautiful and the condo is amazing! Highly recommend for a couples weekend getaway, maybe not for a full week if you like to have space to spread out and places to unpack.

Just great people! My family has owned a home down the street for 30 years. When there is overflow at holidays, I get my own place. Jesenia, the housekeeper, is beyond AMAZING!

This little spot was perfect for a winter weekend getaway for two. Great location walking distance from coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and more. The host was very helpful and responsive. They even let us check in early and were quick with answering all questions. I hope to make this an annual trip!

Our stay in tranquil shores was excellent. The facility was clean & had all the supplies we could have needed. The view of the ocean was beautiful. The resort is in the perfect location on the strip to walk to different restaurants & other shops. Would 10/10 stay here again.

Amazing location!! 5 min walk from the beach and many attractions. The host was responsive during check in, and check out was extremely simple. The property looked great upon arrival and served our needs! The only issue we had was the warmer temperatures at night! We would absolutely stay with this host again.

I can't overstate how accessible the beach was from the rental. A very quick walk got our feet in the sand for early morning walks, mid-day ocean swims and evening sunsets! Also close to the bike trail along 30A which we took advantage of for runs/biking and Big Daddy's bike is very close as well. Great little places to eat and close to Water Color and Seaside. The only thing that would have made our trip better was an upgrade to the bed/mattress.

A perfect place to getaway for a couple. Our first time to the area. We enjoyed exploring. Lovely walk to the beach and up the street to Blue Mountain Bakery. The beach has such beautiful sand and nice waves for the gulf!

“Sandy by the Sea” on PCB will not disappoint! We are a couple of friends who like to play together outside of ball fields!! This townhouse is amazing. It is only a few steps from the beach and so close to the best restaurants. Beach chairs were there for our use along with plenty of linen and toiletries. Each couple had their own king room and bath with plenty privacy. The kiddos had their own floor, yes FLOOR…with living/gaming room and full bunk bed room with private bath! This place was so spacious, beautifully decorated, kitchen had everything we needed, even had high chair and pack n play for our baby, there were Smart TVs in each room and the private pool out back was a BONUS!!!This was by far the best vacation we have had all together in awhile. We are already making plans for next year!!!

We were so impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The townhouse was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated with high end furnishings, providing a cozy and relaxing retreat throughout our stay. The beds are so comfortable with plush comforters. There is plenty of space on any of the 3 levels. No need to worry about stairs, there is an elevator for easy access to any level. Crystal went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The location was fantastic, our view was amazing with breath taking sunsets and offering easy access to the beach located just steps away. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience! We can’t wait to return!

Liz Vacations — THANK YOU! This was such a wonderful stay! It’s the perfect place if you’re alone or you have 1-2 friends or family members. You can walk right to the beach very easily, go get some ice cream, some delicious food at Cowgirl Kitchen, and visit “For the health of it” and “blue mountain bakery” which are two of my favorite places in 30A!
I’m already looking to come back in a few months if it’s available!

Our second time staying here! Great for a couple with a toddler. The unit was clean and bigger then expected. The outside area was great for the rain times! A few mins walk to the beach. Easy access to the beach with some stairs. Walking distance to a easy breakfast spot, Blue Mountain Bakery.

This property was great for my husband and I. The check in process was easy. Very good communication. We will definitely stay here again because it was very convenient to the beach. We walked to the beach and it only took about 4 min . We loved how clean the property was. Everything was a perfect 5. We will definitely be bringing our kids back to stay with us. What we loved most was the convenience to everything. We enjoyed this property very much. Thanks again.

This was an excellent stay. It was beautiful, well described, super clean, and in a great location. It was exactly like the pics and we would definitely stay there again. The communication with the host was clear, responsive and friendly. Plenty of eating choices and the emerald coast water within a 5 minute walk!! It’s a gem!!

The location was ideal. Just a quick walk to the beach. The condo was really clean and equipped with everything we needed. Perfect for a family of four with small children.

This place was great. Felt very homey, was a short walk to the beach, and had easy parking if you have 2 cars or fewer. The furniture and amenities were all great, and the shared back patio was a great place to hang out and enjoy the mornings and evenings. We did deal with some drain flies in the bathroom (very common on the gulf coast), which was our only complaint, but it was only a minor inconvenience. Will definitely try and stay here again when we return to 30A!

Just right! Clean and everything we needed. Close to beautiful beach and blue mountain community. Lots of windows and yet private. Personal at your door parking. Water, stove, washer & dryer, coffee pot, refrigerator all like new. AC and heat, dehumidifier all top notch. Comfortable beds. Nice rear patio area was enjoyable for breakfast and any mealtime.

We arrived in the area much earlier than the check-in time, and the host was kind enough to allow us to check-in 2 hours early! It was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. They were very easy to communicate with when we had questions, and the stay itself was wonderful! It was a peaceful place to rest between our adventures, and the quick walk to the beach was wonderful!

This has been one of my favorite places to stay on 30A. A small town feel with a few things within walking distance and many things a short drive away. Airbnb was spotless! Highly recommend staying here!

Had the best vacation ever. So relaxing, and Dustin from Liv was so quick to respond to us! The place was perfect for my husband and I, and super short walk to the beach each day. I loved the quietness & quaintness of the town. In fact, I already booked with Liv Vacations for one of their upstairs units so I can bring a couple of my girlfriends for a trip this fall!

This condo was perfect for the 2 of us. We only wished we could have seen the water from our condo, but knew that before we arrived. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing any time of day.

We had an excellent two weeks in Blue Mountain Beach! We stayed in the Whitecap condo and loved the location to the beach—literally less than two blocks from condo to beach access point. The sand on this beach is so pristine. The pictures represented the unit well. Kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything needed. There is a private parking spot at the condo on a very quiet street. A covered porch/sitting area behind the condo was very convenient. A bakery, ice cream place, pizza, tacos, and live music are only a couple blocks away. The responsiveness of Liv Vacations was stellar. The check in/check out process was hassle-free. We highly recommend this place and will try to stay again if we are in the area.

Great location! And for the price you can NOT beat it. 2 min walk to the beach, plus this is a better beach than seaside, less traffic and more beautiful. The team at LIV multiple times accommodated my travel arrangements and was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks guys definitely would book again

We had a great time! The place was beautiful and the back patio was a great place to hang out! It is a very cosy area and not crowded like it can get in some other areas of 30A. You can also bike to most things pretty quickly. We would stay here again.

We spend 10 beautiful days at Blue Mountain Beach. The condo is great, and it has everything you could need, but the location is even better, just one block away from the public beach access.

Our stay was great! The size of the condo was perfect for 2 adults! Close walk to the beach. We had cable tv issues and Liv did their best to rectify the situation but the cable company was not as responsive. I would love to see a water hose added to a location at the front of the property. We tracked the majority of sand from the driveway because we had to hose off in the back then walk around to the front through the sandy driveway. Maybe there was a hose in front and we missed it? Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, great place to stay. Location is awesome (4 min walk to beach entrance) we got there early in hopes to hang out at the beach for the day until check in at 4pm but unfortunately the weather was not on our side. With a tired 2 year old and having been in a car seat for the previous 12 hours, we were struggling. Thankfully they allowed us to check in early at noon instead of 4pm which was GREATLY appreciated!!

Great place and great location! The beach is a very short walk from the front door. The communication was great and the check in process was easy. The unit had plenty of towels for a 1 bedroom and the place was clean and cool upon arrival! We would stay there again!

The condo was perfect for our family. We loved the outdoor area because it allowed our kids to have somewhere to play instead of being cooped up in a condo the whole time. Great communication with owner too! The only downside was no direct beach access through the condos behind us. The short walk to public access would have been easier if we didn't have our small kids and all their things to carry. Overall... It was a great experience and we will be staying here again!

Whitecap is a great property. It’s location is ideal. It was clean!!! The furniture complimented the space. The A/C kept the unit nice and cool. The property was well suited for 2 adults, we had no wants. The space is well thought-out, ground floor, no stairs and excellent for a week at the beach. We found the management company phenomenal to work with. Their communication from booking to checkout exceeds other management we have interacted with in the past. Make sure you visit Blue Mountain Bakery across the street, great morning goodies and excellent coffee to get your day started. You can always spend more in Santa Rosa but this property checked all the boxes and we will likely return.

The condo was very nice and comfortable. Parking clear of the highway was difficult for 2 vehicles.
