Came in after the hurricane. We had questions regarding power outages leading up to the trip. The communication was always a quick response. Property just as described. Easy walk to the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was very pleasant. This location is very clean and ready to go. It only took us about two minutes to walk to the beach. The beach entrance was right across the street from where we were at. There are two things that I want to share that were very positive. On our first day I noticed there was a wasp nest up on the balcony and Liv had the maintenance guy come out right away and remove it. On another day, we noticed that the upstairs shower wasn’t draining very fast so we were standing in water while showering. This is very common with homes so it wasn’t something that we were upset about. Again, Liv had the maintenance guy come out and clear the drain. These are the things that sets a company apart, and we really appreciate the hospitality and responsiveness. 10 out of 10 visit! The house was absolutely stunning and cozy!! We loved our stay and definitely want to come back.

Aside from the house and beach, we enjoyed the Carousel Supermarket just down the road—went there almost daily!!

The house was very clean & had everything we needed. The location was great, close to everything but not in a busy area. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfectly as described, we felt right at home as soon as we arrived! The beds were so comfortable which is something we always look for in renting. Getting to the beach was so quick and easy, would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place for a family vacation! We had the best time and loved everything about the house. The location was perfect. Everything you could want within 10 minutes. The Carousel grocery store with everything you could want is maybe a minute or two up the street. We even walked there one night. Very nice store. Thomas’s donuts and pizza is also within walking distance. Everything they serve is wonderful. The house is in a perfect area. Peaceful, quiet, and not too crowded beach area is just a quick few minute walk from your door. Nice pool, and quiet community, family friendly. The home was beautiful and had everything you could need. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of linens. This place was everything we wanted and more. Highly recommend for your next Panama beach stay.

Great place, quiet location to enjoy the beach away from the crowds

We loved our stay at Carpe Beachem! We LOVE the location! The beach is just steps away and there are many stores and restaurants close by. This was our third time staying on Chateau Rd, and our first time with Liv Vacations. Everything was as pictured and described. They were very prompt in replying when we needed to reach out. We would absolutely come back to stay again!

Everything in the Unit was flawless. Comfortable bed, couches, and all were pristine. Great location on Front Beach Road minutes from great dining and attractions. Also a very quick 2 minutes to a beautiful beach. Very happy with everything. Would stay here again!

Such a great home to stay in! Have already recommended to friends and family for future trips. Beautiful home with plenty of space. Such a short walking distance to the beach and great places to eat nearby.

Great townhome in a quiet
Community. Very few of the units here are rentals, which is nice. Great place, clean, comfortable beds, well working AC and hot water in showers. Plenty of bath and pool towels. Convenient and clean washer/dryer…always a positive!

VERY CONVIENT BEACH ACCESS. Far enough west (Laguna Beach area) that you will be out of the (no so desirable) PCB area, yet away from the big crowds of Destin type.

I was prepared to bring extra trash bags, hand, laundry/dish soap, cleaning products etc…she is clear about this need in instructions.

Only constructive feedback would be to provide all codes (bikes, pool, etc) at one time. I had to ask for these.

The property is well equipped with meal prep and service necessities. The exterior lighting is exceptional. Excellent location in relation to stores and beach activity.
