Liv went above and beyond after we had a horrible experience with a previous rental company and needed a unit asap. Her communication was quick and she made what could have been a nightmare week a quick and easy transition and turned it into the best week possible. Condo was amazing, communication was great, and we will definitely book again. I highly recommend. Thank you again for everything!!!

A perfect place to stay. I've been here for summer and fall break, and it's a perfect spot for both. Convenient to so many things, and the resort has everything there, or next door that you might need. Definitely a place worth returning to. Family and kid friendly, or a great place for just adults.

We had an absolutely wonderful week at this condo! Everything was just as described and Liv was very easy to work with! We always enjoy Emerald Beach Resort, but this time may have been our favorite! Highly recommend this condo!

The condo was very nice, well taken care of, and had a great view. It was everything we needed for a full week stay for our whole family. The location was close enough to walk to many places including the pier. LIV, the host, was every responsive and willing to fix a minor issue that we were able to fix on our own. The beach was outstanding and had good staff that provided the beach chairs and umbrellas. The pools were very relaxing and accommodating even with so many guests that were poolside.
Although our family always goes to different vacation destinations every year this place would be a place that people should consider staying when visiting PCB.

If you are debating between this Room or another… GO WITH ONE! CLEAN, BEST VIEWS, walkable to many things, Host is very responsive and willing to work with you on check in times if possible!

Great location but warning the trash compactor is 10 feet from your door so you hear that all the time. but everyone is very friendly and clean

We had the best week in Captain’s Quarters condo! It had everything we needed and more! Beautiful view of the amazing beach, condo was cozy yet decorated beautifully, easy access to the beach, sky bar, Starbucks, and I could keep going on! We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!!

Enjoyed our stay at this location...very courteous and quick service for any issues we had. If I had a question they were very prompt to help. The place was clean & has what we needed. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Easy access to the beach and beach chair rental included was perfect and made for an easy vacation with a toddler. The elevators were quick and having parking included was a perk. Plenty of food options nearby. We opted to park the car and leave it for 3 days. Condo was very clean. Nicely decorated and plenty of kitchen gadgets to cook simple meals. Owner was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Unit itself was very quiet. We never had any noise complaints. The beds were firmer than preferred, but that is just personal preference. Lots of pillows, linens and extras in the closets if needed.

First time at PCB and absolutely loved it! Our condo was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed. The location was very convenient. The host made sure we were taking care of and messaged us to see if we needed anything. I would definitely stay again and will be recommending Liv’s Vacationd to my family & friends.

Check in instructions were not clear but host was very responsible and replying real time so we were able to check in quite easily.

We absolutely loved our stay! If we ever go back to Panama we will be booking again with this company! The views and private beach access with our own chairs and umbrella was a definite plus! Next to a lot of restaurants and activities that you can easily walk or bike too!

The condo was exactly as pictured & described. Outdoor furnature was comfortable & the view was perfection! The resort was a little confusing to navigate (mostly the parking & getting to the condo) but the staff were nice & very helpful. I would definitely stay again!

The condo was great for 7 of us. It was very clean and could walk to many places. It has a great view of the Gulf of America!

What a breathtaking view!!! Liv’s condo was comfortable and the bed was perfect. We enjoyed the activities provided in the resort as well as the gracious hospitality of those that
worked there. It was close to everything. The sand on the beach is like white sugar! It was just what we needed.

Excellent ocean views, a large balcony, tastefully furnished furniture, a spotlessly clean interior, and a fully stocked kitchen make for an extremely lovely stay. I also appreciated the bedroom's large windows overlooking the beach.We had a great time! Thank you!

We enjoyed a week in this condo. It has a wonderful view and easy access to the beach. It is well maintained and communication with the owner was quick and easy. They were immediately responsive to any questions we had. The interior is well furnished and clean.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything in the room looked like the photos. The building is older but the room has been updated. The room is on the end which made it quiet and adds to the beautiful view. All of the amenities were great. We tried all of the pools, Tiki bar, and even sang Karaoke at Sky Bar. We don’t drink and had a 10 year old with us and they still welcomed us. We didn’t really cook but there seemed to be plenty to do so. Washer/dryer combo was convenient. Parking is across the street but you get to the main hotel through a covered air conditioned walkway. One of the elevators was under repair so there was a bit of a wait there but the elevators on our side of the building were usually pretty quick. We did notice that the master bedroom stayed quite a bit warmer than the rest of the condo. We had great communication with the host and they made check in and check out a breeze.

The unit was amazing, just like the pictures. The view from the balcony at sunset is breathtaking. We did a lot of cooking and the unit had everything we could’ve needed. Very clean. LIV was an amazing host making sure everything ran smoothly while we were on vacation mode. Can’t recommend them enough.
