Sunnyside Beach & Tennis Resort #57

We’ve stayed at one of the 3 bedroom unit’s a few times in Sunnyside and always enjoy going back. The area is quiet and nice away from the “main areas” of PCB. Conveniently located close to Carousel Market and Thomas’ Donuts/Ice Cream but also not far at all to many of the other restaurants of the areas West/East. The onsite pool and playground are always a favorite of the kids and they have to go to the beach “underground” at least once. The tunnel is very convenient for crossing Front Beach Rd to get to the private beach area but beware, there’s some pretty steep stairs down/up if you’re pulling a wagon. Otherwise, you can use the gates and cross the road. Again, beware there are stairs leading from the gazebo/deck down to the beach so have help or take minimal items or be prepared to make multiple trips if you can’t get the wagon down the stairs. The unit’s we’ve stayed in are always clean and have nice amenities. Pricier than we’ve paid in the past but cheaper than the resort site

We love sunny side…this was our 3rd summer here and 2nd time staying at this property and we plan to come back. Clean, host is responsive, beautiful property ! Great place for families. Would recommend 10/10!

Unit 57 was great! The central A/C and mini-split were incredible and made the entire space so enjoyable to spend time inside away from the July heat. The accommodations of the property were very nice, and we enjoyed them very much.

There were a few upkeep items: the toilet paper holder in the upstairs hallway bathroom was loose, there was a loose towel rack in the master bathroom, and the cabinet door in the master bathroom had its hinge pulled out of the door. The master TV also required a manual switch to HDMI 2 input using the control button on the TV.

Other than those items, the property was great, and those issues were minor and did not negatively impact our stay and enjoyment of PCB/Sunnyside

The beach is in walkable distance, the condo was perfect for the kids!! Pool for the days you can’t swim at the beach. Restaurants close by and the price for the week is unmatchable for everything that was included with our stay!! So worth it!!

Had a wonderful time! Everything was great! Love SUNNYSIDE. We were Owners for 17 yrs and this is our favorite vacation for family and we come at least 3 times a year. LIV is the best and most helpful. Quick response to any questions. Can’t wait to be back in this unit in August.

We LOVED staying here!! The private beach access was perfect for our family. The amenities were great too. And it is in the perfect location close to everything! We will be back!!!

This place didn’t disappoint! The beach is a short walk with a safe tunnel to get to and from with kids. There are keypads to enter all water areas. The house was located perfectly by pool and playground and the house was very cozy. My family had the best trip!

This is our second time staying here, and we had a great time! I definitely recommend Liv's place. Clean, spacious, and close to the beach. The area is very peaceful and kid friendly. Fun, family beach trip!

Very old condo but clean & organized. Bedding & bath towels were all very clean. Carpet was a little worn but clean. Did not have any basic cleaning products on site so I contacted LIV and they were quickly provided. Quiet condo community & easy beach access . Very happy with stay at Sunnyside.

Great place to stay!

We love Sunnyside and were happy to find the condo on airbnb! The unit was lovely. It was clean and well furnished. Renting from Liv was seamless. We would use them again. thanks for another great trip to Sunnyside beach!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was easy to check in, we were even able to check in early! Everything was clean and easy to find! Sunnyside has always been one of our favorite places to stay and this condo was the perfect fit for my family!

We loved staying here for our beach vacation! The house was spacious, clean, and restful. Sunnyside has a great pool, playground, and tennis/pickleball courts for the family to enjoy. Easy walk to a beautiful beach. Liv was responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend Liv's place!

Take a step away to the simple life. Rest, relax and reset. What a wonderful place to take a time out and enjoy life. A true gem! Thank you to the family that shares this place and Thank you LIV for everything. We are forever grateful.

This place was very, very nice. super clean. Host/property manager communicated well, was very responsive for the most part.

Condo was very nice and clean. It was convenient to the beach and nice that it was set off a little from the main road.

Super awesome stay - highly recommend!

We stay at Sunnyside frequently with family but this is the first time I have rented a separate unit for our family. We had a perfect stay and we definitely hope to book this place again for our next trip!

We’ve stayed at Sunnyside countless times, and we were glad to see this one listed through AirBnB (most are listed on management site). Though there were lots of dead or dying upon check in (I have pictures) and the fridge took a long time to cool down. Overall, AC worked great, it’s relatively updated compared to other units and we would stay again.

Wonderful, private location with easy access to the beach. Liv was available to answer any questions we had and the place was beautiful with super comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay very much!
