SeaCliffs Unit 8 | Coastal Soul

Very much enjoyed our long weekend stay. Nice updated interior and quick access to a beautiful stretch of beach. Will be returning in the future.

When I come back to the 30A area, I would be hard pressed to not stay at this location again. You have private access to the beach off your balcony, which is amazingly convenient because you don’t have to worry about parking elsewhere. Liv supplied beach chairs and an umbrella that were perfect for two people. The views from the house are stunning and private if you’re looking for seclusion and a romantic getaway. My girlfriend was incredibly happy with it as it was her birthday weekend and I wanted it to be perfect. Everything is within 30 minutes or less for what we wanted to do and was an easy trip in a rental vehicle. We will definitely be back!

I almost don't want to write this review in fear that this townhouse will always be booked. But, with that risk, I would still have to say that this townhouse was absolutely perfect in every way. The townhouse itself was extremely comfortable and welcoming. We felt right at home the minute we walked in. Blue Mountain was the perfect location for a beach front, quiet getaway. Neighbors were friendly, the location was outstanding, and views could not be beat. The host was always extremely responsive and helpful every time we reached out.

My family of 4 had an amazing time at this excellent little beach home. It is just private enough to feel exclusive and peaceful, but without having to go remote from society or over-paying. This was a good value pick for Spring Break, where we enjoyed the vibrancy of town and beaches, while having a very quiet, personal stretch of beach with your own outdoor shower on the patio. My younger daughter and I could walk 3 minute to amazing breakfast pastries and barely have to cross the street (mainly walkers, runners, golf carts, and bikes).
The utilities, wifi, and appliances all worked well for us with zero issues. Showers excellent and the primary has top-tier view of the gulf. It is a cozy, economical space with no friction for basic needs and privacy. Nice covered parking and quiet driveway, and the outdoor spaces have nice new-feeling wood and decking to access the beach.

Perfect location and great set up for our family of 4. Would love to stay here again! It would be nice if a pizza cutter and some cookie sheet could be added to the kitchen gear. Not a big deal, but we had to improvise on those things. Everything else was fantastic!

What a dream this place is! Super clean, right on the gulf, peaceful, very comfortable. Loved the area, great bakery nearby and a couple other restaurants. We enjoyed all that 30A has to offer! Great hosts! Thank you!

Blue Mountain Beach is our annual year-end getaway destination and we really enjoyed our stay at Sea Cliffs No 8. It feels like a new condo.

Our family comes to Blue Mountain Beach every year and stay here. The condo is fabulous, has everything you need, the location to the beach is unbeatable and there is plenty to eat very close. Coffee shops, ice cream, food, rent a bike and ride or take a trip down beautiful 30A and choose a great place to eat. This is a truly wonderful place to stay. If you need anything, this at LIV are quick to reply and help. We just can’t recommend this place enough. See you next year.

Wonderful stay at this property, very well maintained for its age. We've stayed at another unit at this development before and this property is nicer. Only issue we had is that the second bedroom has a queen bed instead of singles which caused some drama between our tweens (wish there were two beds), but we knew that from the pictures before we got there, property was accurately depicted in the description so I can't fault the property for that. Everything worked well, had lots of beach gear we utilized (chairs, umbrellas, fishing pole, stand-up paddle board, etc.), comfortable beds with high end linens. We'll be back!

Great location and the beach was very private where we were. Beautiful view time you walk in the door. It was very quiet and the beds slept great. Everything was really clean and the host was very quick to respond. I would absolutely stay here again!

The beach and ocean views from the living room/dining area, master bedroom, and master bathroom are breathtaking. The property was very clean and comfortable, plus it’s quiet and peaceful. Love the Blue Mountain Beach area! LIV responded quickly to any questions I had and kindly gave us a late checkout. There are lots of good restaurants and coffee shops less than 10 minutes away. We enjoyed our time here.

Beautiful home, exactly as described. We loved walking down to the beach each day. The kitchen had everything we would want and the bedrooms were spacious. We would love to come back as our stay was wonderful!

Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to be located in close proximity to the beach with private access. The unit was well manicured with amazing views. The hosts were amazing and very helpful. 5 stars all around!

We had an excellent time here! The views were breathtaking from our condo! Great location too! Communication through Liv was excellent, check in and check out was very easy. The condo was also very clean. We loved our stay and hope to return!

What an awesome place to stay for a week! The most incredible beach front location, and so close to so many things- we were able to ride bikes almost everywhere and drives were short. Very comfortable, well equipped house. Definitely would stay here again in a heartbeat!
