As avid travelers ourselves, we know how much the little things shape a stay: arriving to a meticulously clean home, getting a thoughtful answer to a question, and feeling like someone cares about your experience.

We created Liv Vacations to bring that personal attention to vacation rental management. We saw an opportunity for a more hands-on approach. One where the finer details get the time and care they deserve.

Open communication, a tailored guest experience, and meticulously clean properties are the three pillars of Liv. They guide how we welcome our guests, care for our owners’ homes, and build relationships with both.

Whether you’re here for a family vacation, a quiet escape, or time with friends, our goal is simple: help you settle in, feel taken care of, and make the most of your time on the beach.
