Liv Vacations (“Liv Vacations,” “we,” “us”) operates liv-vacations.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
- Information you give us. When you contact us, ask about property management, sign up for our newsletter, or make an inquiry or reservation, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, property address, travel dates and the contents of your message.
- Stay Finder. If you use our Find Your Perfect Stay quiz, we collect your first name, email address and your answers (destination, group size, bedrooms, pets, beach and pool preferences) to show you matching homes and follow up on your trip inquiry. Only Liv Vacations staff can see these inquiries, and they are deleted automatically after 90 days. Using the quiz does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
- Reservations and payments. Online availability, inquiries, bookings and payments are handled through our vacation rental software provider. Payment card details are processed by that provider and its payment processors; this website does not store full card numbers.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and service providers use cookies and similar technologies, and our servers record standard log data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working properly.
- Spam and security protection. To keep out spam and automated attacks, our website forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks whether a visitor is a person using technical information such as your IP address and browser details; Cloudflare handles this information under its own privacy policy. We also record the IP address of repeated failed attempts to log in to our website’s administration area, so we can block them.
How We Use Information
- To respond to your questions and requests, and to provide the services you ask for, including reservations and property management;
- To send booking confirmations and important information about your stay;
- To send our newsletter if you sign up (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email);
- To operate, secure and improve our website;
- To comply with legal obligations.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (such as our reservation and property management software, payment processors, email and newsletter services, and website hosting), with property owners or contractors when needed to provide your stay, or when required by law.

You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Some parts of the site, such as booking, may not work properly without them.
Data Retention and Security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
