Photos of this location do not do it justice. We came down right after the hurricane passed. At first, the location did not have power. The company was more than willing to give us a full refund. They were very up front about that. We did not hit the panic button, and power was restored without us having to go someplace else. This home has everything you need to have a great vacation. The owners have paid attention to detail. The large pool is great, and the hot tub has enough room for four adults. The location has an outdoor kitchen and grill. The best part about the location is the outdoor sitting area. There was plenty of room to just chill and watch TV. Liv Vacations had the best communication that I have ever had from a rental company. They were in constant contact and I appreciated that. The home was very clean when we arrived. Liv Vacations provided outstanding service. We would definitely stay there again!

We spent a month at this beautiful home and cannot recommend it more highly!!! The pool and outside area are beyond what these pictures show. We hope to visit again!!!

This was the best decision I’ve ever made for a stay. The house was so thought out for a rental. It had an abundance of everything from the kitchen to the pool area. There were many pleasant surprises not shown in the pictures like a built in ice machine, wine coolers and refrigerators inside and out besides the very large main kitchen refrigerator. There was enough kitchen amenities for at least thirty people. Enough beach towels for total occupancy. The pool area had an over abundance of high quality floats along with the largest pool and lanai area we have ever had. I would highly recommend this house for a great carefree stay for families with children or a large group of adults. Overall an excellent house.

This house had everything we needed for our family vacation! Absolutely perfect for a large group and it seemed to meet everyone’s needs. Even though we came prepared with extra cleaning items, household essentials & beach/pool gear this house already had it all! The kids & adults enjoyed the pool and outdoor area the most. Plenty of space to have your own privacy and be able to come together as well. Well cleaned & maintained, the communication with the property manager was amazing as they were quick to respond and resolved any concerns we had quickly. Would definitely stay at this house again!

Our trip was a cross-country book club group meetup. The house is exactly as pictured and awesome! Liv and her team were quick to respond and accommodating to our couple questions (early arrival). The pool was heated, which was a pleasant surprise, and the backyard was a great hangout spot. Everything was super clean, great water pressure in the showers, and soft beds. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and serving but there are no consumables (oil, spices, etc) but that was made clear in the welcome message. Fantastic stay, definitely want to visit again.

My group of friends and I stayed here and had the most amazing time! There is every single amenity listed, the pool is beautiful, and the house is so entertaining. We loved the house so much that we stayed there for a full day one of the days and skipped the beach. I would highly recommend a vacation at this wonderful home.

We really enjoyed our week here. The house is very modern and fully equipped. The kitchen is a cook’s dream with everything needed to whip up any meal. The outdoor area is outstanding and we spent many hours relaxing by the pool or enjoying the hot tub. The drive to the beach takes all of five minutes and was easy. Whoever outfitted this house for the rental market has an eye for detail and appreciates nice things. You really can’t go wrong with this house.

We loved our stay here. The backyard had tons of things to do, plenty of beach and pool gear and was so relaxing. The home was spacious and fit the sic of us very comfortably. House was dimly lit and so clean and pretty when we arrived. Check in and out were super easy. Proximity to the beach and restaurants was great.

The stay was amazing/stunning/awesome everything was clean organized and very spacious....the photos like exactly like the house...when i visit again i most definitely would love to stay here again...

We traveled from Texas to Panama City for a family vacation, this house was clean! and had everything you would want and need away from home! Pool, grill area, covered outside area and much more! If I give them a 10 1/2 I would!!
We will be returning to this house for our next trip.

Amazing place that looks even better in person. It has everything you need if you never want to leave. We had a family of 11 & this ranch home was spread out with enough space for everyone. The backyard is the true star of the show - whether you want to do laps in the pool, hang out in the hot tub, chill in the hammock, binge watch tv, bbq or make smores over the fire pit, this place has you covered! There are pool toys for the kids & even a mini arcade game inside. The kitchen is spacious & fully stocked with cookware, pots/pans, coffee makers. There is a laundry room too. This home is clean with an airy beach decor. It's no more than 15 minutes away from anything you want to do: grab groceries, dine out, fun activities & of course, hit the beach. There is also a great Thai restaurant just around the corner. To top it all off, if you have any issues/questions, the team is super responsive. I highly recommend! Side note: pool is not heated if you come in cooler temps.
